Preorder wigs are popular wigs that are quickly sold yet in high demand. These wigs can be recreated and sold but takes additional time for production.

Return Policy:
Due to the nature of this product, it is non-refundable and non-transferable. If you have any issues with your unit, please send an email within 14 days of delivery.

Care Instructions:
At night, cover your hair with a hair bonnet or silk scarf to help keep your hair moisturized and eliminate extensive shedding and/or tangling. You can also take it off, if it’s Glueless.

Use a heat protectant before using any kind of heated styling tools. For curly hair, avoid using heat as much as possible to maintain the curly texture.

Condition your hair often. Condition at least once every week. You can shampoo your hair once every 2-3 weeks (if possible).

Comb and/or detangle from the ends up. For curly hair, you can use a wide tooth-brush to detangle. Curly hair should only be detangled when wet. Avoid combing curly hair.

Non-sulfate Shampoo and Conditioner is highly recommended. Allow your hair to air dry for best results.

Be very careful handling the lace on your Closure/Frontal. Excessive pulling, ruff combing/brushing, tension and scratching can damage your lace and cause bald spots. If your lace becomes damaged over time, lace can be replaced on custom-made wigs for a fee. HD and Transparent lace are more sensitive and easier to rip and/or shed if handled improperly.
