By purchasing you are in agreement to the following terms and conditions:  You have read the product description and understand the product that you are receiving.  You understand and agree to our refund policy.  You understand that once an order is submitted changes or cancellations can not be made (including item changes, shipping address changes, etc).

Return and Exchange Policy

All orders are non-refundable and ineligible for cancellation. Hair is considered a hygienic product and we value your health and safety as well as the safety of our other customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges of any products. Lastly, orders can not be canceled or refunded due to delays in processing time. All sales are final. If you have an issue with your order, you may email us at Wigged by Sue. We will handle requests on a case to case basis. Please read all details before placing an order.

Shipping Policy

Starting June 21, 2022 there will be a signature request for delivery upon request. Wigged by Sue, LLC is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they are shipped and tracking is provided. If you require a signature for your package, you must send a request to Wigged by Sue within 24 hours of your purchase. All Marketplace sales are final.
